Delivery date depends entirely on the driver’s route and schedule. If you need the driver to notify you before delivery or have any other specific requests, please feel free to leave a note when placing your order, and we will pass it on to the driver.
Local Pick Up
- Skyteck has pickup points in most major cities across Australia. If you choose the pickup option, please specify the warehouse you intend to collect your order from. You will receive an email notification once your order is prepared and ready for pickup. If you would like to check the status or availability of your order, you are welcome to contact us by phone or email, and we will confirm whether your order is ready.

IMPORTANT: As our store is using an automatic calculation method for shipping freight costs. The formula is not 100% accurate, therefore, if we receive an order that is undercharged in freight costs, we may contact you to request for additional shipping fees to cover the shipping costs. If you do not wish to pay the additional fees, we will be more than happy to refund your order in full.
Why didn’t I Receive a Tracking Number?
For some orders—especially those in metro areas—we deliver using our own company van. As a result, no tracking number is available for these deliveries.
Rest assured, your order is on its way and will usually arrive within 7 business days. Thank you for your understanding!
Shipped using the Australia post
Most of out items are shipped using the Australia Post however other courier companies may be used to fulfil special orders. A confirmation email will be sent advising you of your parcel tracking number and carrier.
Please note depending on parcel weight and size the postage company may have authority to leave parcel in a safe place on the property. Please ensure you keep an eye on tracking number to ensure you have received your parcel as once delivered we are not liable for any theft.
As we use a freight company to deliver our goods, Freight cost is not negotiable and we only charge what the freight company charges.

All products sold from our company comes with limited warranty.
Limited Warranty applies to the physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SkyTeck Pty Ltd.
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
